Back To The Roots At The Catholic Club

Round 2 of our return. Those who came to last event in July will know that this is a superb venue, and we are really looking forward to playing regular events there. The format will be the same, with the authentic Rhythm & Blues sounds of the 50s and 60s, supplemented with early soul, ska and anything else that fits the bill. We will only play original vinyl, so no boots, CDs or MP3s, just authentic recordings. Our residents list now includes Steve Mank, another Doncaster lad with a cracking collection. And this month we are holding a residents-only night to really test our mettle. To confirm, that's the Catholic Club, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BY, and entrance is FREE.
