The ladies were rather good. Great performers, looked fabulous - had the moves, sung their hits and a joy in the meet and greet afterwards - memorable night and indeed an excellent, fun Weekender attracting a capacity crowd. The lovely, perfectly formed Met Ballroom as an additional Saturday and Sunday afternoon venue enhanced the Weekender further.  In the main a different crowd to July and enjoyable never the less. Seeing and hearing the Marvelettes perform 'when your young and in love'  as their encore was one of those magical moments ....

Rewinding, in previous years The Contours, Chairman of the Board so now waiting in anticipation for next years act to grace the stage at Whitby in 2018....
