Not sure what happened with the original event post so good to see its been reloaded by Kev

Have reloaded my posts as well

Great news with the announcement of the 'live act' and the relaunched /refurbished Met  Ballroom and lounge as an additional venue including on Sunday .

Nice summary here

Like July's Whitby , looks like being an adv sellout ...

For those thinking about going , guess its decision time ?

Understand only a few tickets left ....

For Sunday , the refurbished Met Ballroom and Lounge is superb - had rave reviews for the July weekender .

Counting down ....Can't wait for 'The First Ladies of Motown' who pre existing The Supremes . Interestingly Florence Ballard, during a 1962 Motortown Revue, joined The Marvelettes replacing Wanda Young while she was on maternity leave.

Please note this event is almost sold out. Last few tickets on sale www.whitbypavilion.co.uk

Looks like a repeat of July - Whitby becoming a 'Soul town' for this weekend with massive numbers heading for this Weekender .

If this event can start at 8:00 pm then why is it not possible for the July event to start at the same time instead of 9:00 pm I am sure most of the people would rather the early start instead of queuing for an hour and moaning about the late start.
