Booking will be the same as 2016. Julia and I are your initial contact via email for the allocation of your room. soulfuldancemusic@yahoo.co.uk Please then contact the hotel and quote this room number to pay your deposit of £40.00 per person to secure the room or pay the full amount if you wish. Please ensure you book your room within 7 days of allocation – it will only be held for you for that period of time. It has to be stressed that all deposits are "non-refundable" and the full balance to The Ashton Park Hotel MUST be paid by July 31st 2017. Any rooms not paid for in full by this date will be offered to other people.Let’s support the hotel and fill it !! and then look at alternative accommodation in the surrounding area – that way SD @ can continue with events at The Ashton Park.The cost for "The Weekender 8" 2017 is as follows: - £80.00 per person to the hotel. £20.00 per person payable upon arrival for a wristband for the whole weekend.Total of £100.00 per person.Any person booking a double room with "single occupancy" will have to pay a surcharge of £10.00 per night.All the usual meals are included - Two breakfasts - Saturday & Sunday and One evening meal on the Saturday. Late night music sessions in both rooms. Full use of the pool, gym, Jacuzzi as always, is included in the price.All ‘n all making this one of the best value Weekenders on the calendar .Please be advised everybody that rooms are being snapped up already.There will be limited "non- accommodation" passes available at just £20.00 for the whole weekend – these too must be pre booked and paid for to guarantee admission.If you enjoy Soul and Dance music from all eras in a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere then "The Weekender 8" is where you want to be!!
