Charity Soul The Buck Inn

Back again to the Buck Inn at Whitby for the Motown Weekender. If there is a better place for soul music, meeting friends and having some great 'criac' in Whitby then I've yet to see it. The landlords of the Buck have never seen it so full in the eight years they have been in the hostelry as it was on the recent weekender in July.

The general consensus of opinion of the patrons who attended during this time was that it was best FREE event in Whitby, for which we at Charity Soul feel ever so humble, as all we are endeavouring to do is raise funds for Prostate Cancer research and play music we all love

So hope see all friends who were here in July for a 'Bucking Good time'

Loading up the Camels and Donkeys for our next sojourn to the Buck Inn at Whitby. If the Motown weekender is half as  good as the last NS weekender then we're in for a good time 

As an added bonus for the regular supporters of Charity Soul I'm reliably informed that the (in) Famous One will NOT be attending, due to a variety of reason viz.

a.That his UK visitors visa has expired

b. He is on the 'hit' list of a mafia Family situated in LS12 1RB

c.He is in hospital to have extensions fitted to his heels

d.The weekend clashes with Leeds Munchkins and Leprechauns Society of Vertically Challenged DJ's annual get together

My money is on the latter.....................................but you can be assured we won't miss him (at least the manager of the Abbey Wharf will not)
