The next Upbeat.Rare Grooves / Northern Soul and Motown Soul event at Magnolia Park is on 25th August with Roger Allen (An original 1970s NS DJ) as and main DJ with Ian Harrison from Souled Out and bringing his awesome trax, with guests George Jack and Ronnie Canada and maybe a surprise DJ!
The music will be uptempo soul tracks, rare grooves and many known classic dance floor songs.
There will be live PAs from George Jack, a local blues and soul artist and Ronnie Canada from Cleveland, Ohio. An original American soul artist who performed with The Bluenotes and The Drifters, plus many collaborations with major producers and duets with classic soul artists.
