Rebranded and revived! We are back following a short break (due to other commitments). 

We can't wait to introduce our updated event as we continue with our goal of moving with the times, not just plodding out the same old stuff!  Despite loads of opposition, this event has stood the test of time and we are now into our 12th year at this venue! 

Unlike most events, we don't stick to a particular style of soul, so you will hear old favourites, new stunners, underplayed Motown and some rare stuff, plus  some 'not even remotely rare!' As long as it touches your soul & gets your feet moving, it's okay by us. Pete & I are both Soulies to the core and just want everyone to have a great time! We welcome requests too!

Looking forward greatly to continuing to DJ here into the future - and to this relaunch night, as this venue has always been quite special to me, owing  to the uniquely atmospheric vibe often created.

Balance is the key word as regards the music on offer. " Across the board music policy"  is a description that really fits here...Neither too safely reliant are the djs on purely all great oldies, but not going in the other direction (of playing too much unfamiliar stuff for most of the night) either ...It's just right, so give it a Go-Go!

Really looking forward to returning to this cracking venue, always a warm welcome with a very knowledgeable crowd in who know how to generate a great atmosphere see you there and don't be shy come and say hello special thanks to Pete & Kate for inviting me. 🎶
