Thanks Andy, actually I'm not officially the promoter but I was approached to organise the music. So the dj's etc comes down to me,everything else room,door etc is his/hers.

Just a few notes about this event, firstly there has been a lot of interest and i cannot say how many will attend. I would advise you arrive early if possible as the room has a capacity limit.

The music policy will be A.T.B. with the emphasis being for the dancefloor.

There will be at least one different guest dj at each event.

The promoter has already pre-booked the room for six more events next year and as this is the first one it is expected some tweeking will be needed for future events. Hopefully the times and not the tariff.
