About The Event

Two rooms of top Soul Music. The main room is for dancers and Karl's Kavern is for those that want to hear something a little different. We have a fantastic dance friendly line up for the main room. We are delighted to welcome back our good friend Rob Smith all the way from Nottingham along with Kev Berry making his first appearance at 'The Bowl'. Glenn Bellamy and myself will be doing our usual resident spots. Rob will also be playing some of his rarer tunes in 'The Kavern' along with Karl, Tony Parker and Phil Attley. All this for still only a fiver.

Doors 7.30pm to 12.30am. The last few 'Bowls' have been rammed to near capacity so get there early if you want a table.

Saturday dates for 2018 are 10th March, 22nd September & 1st December. We also have a one room Oldies Night special on Saturday 12th May!

Usual message folks. It is best to get there early if you want a table. These nights are very busy and usually the tables are taken by 8.30. There is plenty of standing room and seating near the bar. DJ times for the main room will be up next week.

Always a great night at Soul in the Bowl, with this two room event. Really looking forward to seeing some of you local Soulies there this Saturday night. And it's only fiver on the door. We also have Rob Smiths record sales there on the nite. With plenty of records to look through.
