gonna be a class night bringing you the music played by these fabulous artists all those years ago , with DJs  , ginger & Roman you know its gonna' be right

It50 years ago Otis Redding,Sam n Dave Booker T,Arthur Conley and more from the Stax roster came to the Imperial ballroom Nelson,to celebrate that venue and in particular that night as the Imp burnt down we go 4 miles up the road to Colne Muni a wonderful Edwardian dance hall.A nice link between the Stax tour and the Muni is the fact that Sam Moore,Steve Cropper and Booker T have appeared at both venues.We will spin records from the 6ts including the beat groups that appeared at the Imp,Small faces,The Who,Spencer Davis,Them etc plus the Motown of that era and a great selection of Atlantic/Stax.Djs Ginger Taylor,Roman,Harry Grundy and Keith Gunton, admission £5 tkts or otd

The Muni is the home of Ginger and Romans soul night,this is not the classic soul night,that takes place on Saturday December the 9th.

Tickets going well,you can pay on the door,shouldn't be a prob. Muni holds over 500
