Here we go event number five this year at the Hopetown. We've had a very good following all year at this cracking venue.

 Guest DJ this month local lad with a massive record collection - Doug Lawton.

The reputation is growing at this fantastic venue. Cheap beer large car park and excellent dance floor. If you haven't tried it it's time you did. 

We had a fantastic evening with guest DJ Ron Lavender last July. So he will be back with us at the Hopetown next year on Sat 18th May 2019 and at Knottingley Town Hall on Sat 29th June 2019. 

We now have a second guest DJ for Sat 29th Sept at the Hopetown --- Chris Starr (Kings Lynn soul club)

We are very lucky this month to have two guest djs Chris Starr (Kings Lynn Soul club resident and Skegness weekender dj is visiting soul friends locally and he has been persuaded to do a guest set for us. And we have Doug Lawton who has a major record collection and has run many venues himself, plus of course your two residents playing the best in Northern Soul and Motown.
