Since Whitworth St, The Twisted Wheel has moved to it's new residence at 105-107 Princess St, Manchester, M1 6DD

Perfectly suited to The Wheel's music policy (Wheel Classics in the Main room and ATB in room 2), this is a cellar club with 2 rooms, 2 fantastic sound systems, air conditioning, separate toilet facilities and reasonable bar tariff.

3pm-8pm, £5 pay on the door.

WE ARE THE BEST, NO NEED TO TRY THE REST ...

First of all apologises for the late review been a very busy week since I turned 65 (can't believe it), thanks Pete & Jackie for the special Birthday mention and the Card really appreciate the best wishes of everyone at The Wheel, certainly the best Soul Club around.

Another smashing turnout considering the continued Sunshine and Holiday period, again it was nice to see a few new faces who loved the occasion, Pete and John Kane had the main room rocking playing Wheel Classics one or two I have never previously heard, in room two Jock and John played a superb mix of Northern, Motown, R &B and a bit of Ska something for everyone.

If you have never been make it a date second and last Sunday of the month, 12th August our dear friend Yocky is guest DJ sure to be another cracking afternoon.

Well what a Fantastic Day yesterday at THE TWISTED WHEEL CLUB !!

With nearly 300 Happy people packed into that Unique 60's Gritty Soul Basement Club.

It was great, and when you consider that all the FREE PUBS all around me are trying to do it!

And can I wish ALAN DERBY a very HAPPY 65th BIRTHDAY For Tuesday. I'm sure that it will be.

Thanks again for making the Wheel what it is!.... THE BEST.
