Soulastatic 20 Years Anniversary Wend Sweden

Another brilliant weekender in Gothenburg and Soulastatic, and this time it was a 20 year anniversary no less! I have been going for the last 15 years or so and it's always fantastic and fun. Brilliant sets from legends like Ginger Taylor and Stephen "Mr Fish" Clancy as well as somewhat newer (at least to me) such as James Pogson, Martin Haddock and the lovely Malayka among others. A busy weekend with meetups, a smaller Friday soul night at a great venue, bar dayer on the Sat'day and the main event on Saturday in a packed 500 capacity venue. People from all over Sweden and all over Europe come to this every year, and it's a marvellous friendly bunch the lot of them. I strongly recommend anyone interested in the young and vibrant soul scene in Sweden to come to this, you will definitely not regret it. See you next year!
