Lowton Anniversary Special New Venue

Really looking forward to this and the re-birth of the 'back room'

A chance to play something a little bit different against the backdrop of what will be a fantastic main room

Great venue, great music to suit

Gonna be fantastic Simon, already a great buzz on Social Media! Got some piccies of the new venue. The CIVIC HALL at LOWTON was a great venue for a Soul Night, fantastic dance floor, great accustics, a large bar in the room that didn't impact on the ambiance of the room, big enought to cope and still looked busy on quieter nights plus the added benfit of a second room and an 'overflow' area for record dealers and those that wanted a chat and a catch up...finding somewhere to replace that was always going to be a tall order...THIS IS WHERE I CAN TELL YOU A TRULY FITTING REPLACMENT VENUE HAS BEEN FOUND only 5 miles from the original venue and a NEW ERA IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!

Would love to see the recording of Eddie Holman live at lowton.  The greatest live act I've ever had the pleasure of seeing anywhere.  Unfortunately the only copy I'm aware of disappeared a few years back without me getting to see it or getting a copy.
