the CIVIC HALL at LOWTON was a great venue for a Soul Night, fantastic dance floor, great accustics, a large bar in the room that didn't impact on the ambiance of the room, big enought to cope and still looked busy on quieter nights plus the added benfit of a second room and an 'overflow' area for record dealers and those that wanted a chat and a catch up...finding somewhere to replace that was always going to be a tall order...THIS IS WHERE I CAN TELL YOU A TRULY FITTING REPLACMENT VENUE HAS BEEN FOUND only 5 miles from the original venue and a NEW ERA IS ABOUT TO BEGIN!
