Wrong Crowd II - No introduction is needed for Chalky, neither for Bolton's finest, Paul Johnson. Derek, Simon and Dan will be your usual suspects. The music policy is 'play what you love' so expect a variety of sounds and styles from a DJ line up we are once again honoured and humbled to present.

A bit late with this sorry,well the bar was set high with the first "wrong crowd" in March.Part ii delivered in spades,July is traditionally a tough month to put on events with the already over crowded calendar and the "holiday season" but a healthy crowd was already in at 8pm when the doors officially opened.The dance floor was already in full swing by 8.30 always a good sign ! A healthy mix of current spins and reactivations £10 cheapies rubbing shoulders with the big ticket items,and a few c/u's,Simon's exits c/u certainly hit the spot!! and boy was it hot in there PHEW!!  

Looking forward already to part iii in November,if you haven't been already,give this venue a try you won't be disappointed!!

Have to say I really enjoyed last night with a bunch or Wrong Uns at Wong Crowd II in sunny Lancaster. Thank you to my fabulous hosts Dan and Debbie Ritchie. They put me up, fed and watered me and made sure I wanted for nothing, it really was a privilege to Dj for them and for their co promoter Sharron, thank you. 

Thanks also to a great crowd all up for a good night and ears open to some great music. People were arriving before it even started, the sun obviously making everyone thirsty. The room was soon buzzing.

All the Djs delivered a selection of refreshing music, not many classics but the dancefloor was full all night. DJing at times can be hard work but it was made extremely easy by everyone there, everyone seemed to enjoy what they were hearing. 

Again thanks to Dan, Debbie and Sharron.

I was a little bit tipsy so the memory is a bit selective but a few of what I did play.....

Musically refreshing, great crowd, fantastic atmosphere - everything it said on the tin and every bit as good as Episode I - can't wait for the return on Nov 2nd, a rare little piece of magic : my humble opinion of course 😁
