Where to start !... (this is going to be lengthy so please bear with me)
What an Anniversary this was last night at Teddington. 
Amazing atmosphere right from early doors (we had a few technical hitches but sorted) first of all thanks to the 3 Boy Scouts Stef, Sean and Dave Whitehead for playing the early slot - your enthusiasm and "tuneage" shined through. 
Big thank you to Dennis Teresa Hyde for guesting and playing a terrific set and for being there supporting and spinning tunes for our event all through the 7 years - from the beginning at the local pub and the Thursday nights at the Geriatric Youth Club all the way to the Constitutional Club. x Ian Gregoryfantastic artwork for all of our flyers.
Ian Levine played astounding tunes from his rare box - a true legend! Thanks also to ALL of the DJs over the past 7 years!
I'd like to thank Les Csonge for everything you do and have done for Soulnites and especially Teddington - setting up and packing down each month whilst I've come straight from work and for all the promotion you do for this too - plus opening my ears to some great tunes I didn't know xx

A mention for some of the regular Soul fans who stuck with us when we started in the pub, Roger Norman (star!) Charlie Rees, Andy Cowhig & Adele Cowell Cowhig, Haithem Latif, Peter Hesketh & Sue Hesketh, Don & Di, Jo Cook, Spencer, - sorry if I've forgotten anyone. I will tag the other people who I'd like to thank otherwise I think I might get timed out!!
Thanks to the well-travelled especially who make a big effort to attend and the nearby travelled too, we've had many visitors from other countries as well... The point is that you just keep coming and ALL OF YOU are what makes this a special night each month.

I'm on a big high from last night, but I would like to add a couple of serious mentions as well.
Andy Hilson and Michelle - Wasps Scooter Club for their dedication to the Ride of Remembrance and poppy sales - especially as this will be the Centenary of WW1, thanks to all who contributed to the collection and raffle last night. Thanks to the club for enabling this, especially Jon and the Committee, the bar staff worked extremely hard too.
Lastly - Les and I want to send our love, respect and condolences via Stuart Darlow to the family and friends of George and Alex our lovely hosts at the South of France Weekender and the other family members who tragically died recently.
