The Cairndale Hotel suitably holds 6-700 at this great location in the Scottish town of Dumfries. 

Just 30 minutes North of Carlisle, the scene is set for A 3 room weekend event with DJs

SAM EVANS, CHRIS BOX, KEITH FLETCHER, OZZ, KEV ROBERTS, SNOWY, TIM RABJOHN, SOUL SAM, SIMMONE BLACK  

ALAN JONES, DUMFRIES SOUL CLUB, GEORGE HUNT, CHRIS PATRICKSON , SIMON HUNT and more guest spiiners plus LIVE on stage TWO EXCEPTIONAL ACTS-TBC

MAIN ROOM- Northern Soul & Motown  8pm-2am Friday & Saturday(70’s onwards Soul&Disco Classics) 9pm-2am Fri&Sat

Modern Soul Classics Friday 5pm-2am, Saturday 9pm-2am

Plus a NORTHERN ALL NIGHTER CLASSICS ROOM 8pm-2am Fri&Sat

Two lunchtime sessions 12 noon-5pm

Many thanks to all the Mods and everyone else who came along to the 'Right On' Mod sessions Saturday afternoon, Myself, Gary Love, Sean Courtney and Dougie Tremble wish to thank all of you for making it such a success. Hopefully we will be back next year with night time events in our own room. atb dekka

great  feel good atmosphere catered for all or most tastes numbers well up and look to go up again with so much positive feedback, logistics are good with venue 5 mins from town centre, train station 2 min walk , busy main room , great modern, crossover room. the rarer northern room getting better all the time

Rapidly growing in reputation ,  Dumfries Soul Weekender #2 was a popular , feel good one with locals and significant travellers from far and wide . Many stayed on site at the hotel /venue , others went independent with the numerous other hotels , b&bs and apartment very near.

The three rooms worked a treat Northern Room , Motown & Club Soul , live acts , Modern , Sunday chillout and new for this year , the ‘Mod’ session . Looking good for Dumfries Soul Weekender #3 .
