That's great Yocky, I'm looking forward to seeing you and hearing your excellent DJ sets that you play for us.

And at last !! I have got a British DEMO of  (loneliness made me realize) IT'S YOU THAT I NEED! TMG 633.

It's been one of the Temptations Demo's that I didn't have, and the one that I have been after for years!!

As most people know the Temptations are my favourite Motown group, and as been since I was a kid.

I remember like it was only yesterday that I bought the LP in 1967. THE TEMPTATIONS STML 11057

"WITH A LOT O' SOUL" from Arthur Bowker's record shop on Rochdale Road in Collyhurst when I was still at school.

To The Twisted Wheel Club Regulars " Your My Everything" See you all on Sunday in that Unique Basement.

Hi Yocky & Mandy

A Big Thanks, for yesterday and your very truthful review on yesterday's Wheel.

You're right that there's only ONE Twisted Wheel Club in Manchester and it's always full with people who travel 100's of miles to be at the Wheel twice a month. It was nice to see, and talk to the lovely people again who travel up to the Wheel from Norfolk who was telling me its a 5 hour drive for us just to get here!  But it's worth every mile, and we love every minute of it.

Like I say on my radio show, which goes out this Wednesday, the very jealous people who are always trying to have a dig at the Wheel by saying "We don't play the same old, same old"

Don't you get it yet??

That's what the 100's of Wheel regulars come back for twice a month to hear.

And by the way, it's the Twisted Wheel Records that always fill the floor at other places, so I am told?

We have got 2 fantastic rooms, the stage room playing Wheel back catalogue records and in the other room an open across the board policy, so what's the problem?

I can only think it's the "Green Eyed Monster" because we are very successful and have been for the last 18 and a half continuous years.

Thanks Again.

Pete Roberts.
