Well done to residents Mick Elsworth & Stuart Woodhead, plus guest DJs from The Harold Soul Club - Steve Dalton & Stuart Arber - you all played cracking tunes & kept the floor busy all night. Big thanks too to father & daughter hosts Paul & Laura Mitchell for setting up The Black Cat Soul Club - it really doesn't seem like 5 years! Sad to see you & your family moving on to new ventures. Good luck to Laura in the new job, & all the best to Paul & Sherran when you move to Scarborough - hope you will all manage to call in at The Black Cat in the not too distant future. I'm so pleased to say that the monthly Black Cat Soul Club will still go on as normal - Mick Elsworth & Stuart Woodhead will be carrying on with soul nights as usual. Last but by no means least - it was great to meet Phil - the new manager of Low Moor Club - who will be taking over the running of the club when Paul & his family leave at the end of the month & says he is happy for the Black Cat soul nights to continue.
