Ladies and Gents, I am pleased to announce our upcoming instalment of Sweet, Deep and Soulful. We have moved to a more central location in Darlington. The venue is a fantastic town centre location called Dr Inks.
As previously at our former venue in Durham we will be focusing on delivering the best in rare and not so rare Sweet Soul, Deep Soul, Group Harmony and mid-tempo Soul predominantly from the 60s and 70s period. We will be commencing at 3pm on Saturday, 22nd June going right through to 1am, a full 10 hour soul drenched session. The great news is that entrance to the soul fest is free. There are many hotels in Darlington that are considerably cheaper than Durham for those who want to stay over. Logistically Darlington is perfectly situated on the main London to Edinburgh line.
The tunes will be coming from some great collections that specialize in the subject matter. Daz Carr, Pete Foster, Gaz Simon, Andy Etheridge, Chris "Huggy" Huggins and Kev Cane will be joined by special guest, one of the North Wests finest, JO Law.
So get yourselves over to Darlington on a lovely summers day and join us for a real Soul fest
