Yes it is mate. DJs of the calibre Of Mark Sargent aren’t going to turn up with pressings.

Will be a top night! The Libs is an intimate small back room soul club that has continued to play quality soul music. Now in its 10th year!

An outstanding eclectic first night. Mark Sargent's booking as guest DJ was awesome with a set that included Latin, rnb and 70's funk. Stu Teece top set, Dean Webb and Shaun playing something outside of the top 500. If you were going to try to lay down a blueprint for a successful independent soul nite with something a bit different thrown in then this was it. Shaun Wyatt's first set reminded me of the old Horti Club, innovative, striving to take soul music forward. 30+ people in a small intimate club as a new venue has sowed the seeds of a successful OVO soul club night. Not many people may know about the Libs soul resurgence, but their policy of booking special proven guests has whetted our appetite for more. Viva the Libs!
