Something Different With Very Special Guest Djs

Can't wait for this one, I missed being on decks at the last one as I was on hollybobs next day. Looking forward to seeing  Nicola Anderson as I missed her last time she was on at the Staff, also looking forward to hearing Gillys spot along with Saus  and Rogers who  always play fantastic slabs of  super, rare soul music, it's gonna be a cracker so let's hope we get the full support from locals and others that travel from all over as these four top notch rare soul djs definitely deserve it and are sure to make it a brilliant day KGP

Not long to go until yet another helping of quality rare soul ! After listening to Guy Hennigans spot on "totallywired radio the other nite genuinely can't wait to hear what "Gilly" has in store I remember all too well What he was accredited for bein the author of years ago (in not had a dictionary for my tea jst try in to be constructive)I believe "saus" did a spot or 2 for me yrs ago at Nantwich niters so I know his quality. As for Nicola I'm eagerly awaiting what I'm sure will be an amazing spot (as to be involved with the likes of Colin law etc from "God's country north of the border"&the true soul weekender)it will be for many to admire.last but no means least YET again as always looking forward to Roger Banks excellent contributiona dj who I wouldn't consider running a venue past or future without being on the dj line up !!! And finally the "staff" who i feel put everything into widening people's outlook to rare soul .which is why I'm willing to travel a few miles to ENJOY so folks read it this !!!!at least give it go. And experience "something different" but it's not that "different " it's normal then again I was spoilt as a young lad so I don't intend changing !!!!!! Or stagnate with the "same old same old"of sounds that youve herd a million times !!!and baggy trousers! beer towels!&badges !!! noooooooo not for me baby ! See ya all soon 

Just had conformation,that ROGER BANKS will be setting up his tuck shop of vinyl at this event,so any collectors out there wanting to sample Rogers delights,get yaself up the Staff and have a browse.

Times may change due to the D.J's unable to cope with the new decks and mixer, and the amount of Belgian beverages sampled by certain D.J's 

As it's a special event , we won't be drinking alcoholic beverages until later in the day, 1.15 pm is late enough KGP fer the staff lads ,it will be a cracking day so get yourselves ready for some top quality rare soul music

LOOKING forward as always to next session.. THE truth is people. & those who choose to run venues which are substandard musically to be polite !you require people who over the years have got depth in what was played over the YEARS. (Not revivals reunionons etc)

Or being quoted to have djayed at venues ie.casino Mr Ms etc when they probably wernt even old enuf to get into the venue !

Spent a few hour here yesterday just brilliant lovely people running a quality venue music as ever sublime see you all next month .........jazz 

We keep saying, " that were best nite " everytime we have a do but this truly was a " best" dayer as we had soul Royalty with Nicola Anderson, Saus, Gilly and our good friend Roger Banks Graciing the decks, and all for FREE entry!! Gillys spot was something else with tunes probably not heard anywhere else, Nicola with some great modern stuff and glad Saus played some Motown along with quality rare, underplayrd tunes, Roger was a class act as usual and it was great to see the Staff with standing  room only, briil tunes from the Sraff lads;  had a good chat with Rob Marriot so look forward to seeing him on decks in New Year, we aim to please the Palette of the soul connoisseur with none of the politics, keep listening, keep dancing, keep drinking and just enjoy yourself  Massive thanks to all who came from far and wide; (too many to mention! ) who we class as good friends, hope to see ya soon   

What more can one say more than worth the 100mile rnd trip.gr8 people gr8 atmosphere. Can't wait to hear ROB MARRIOTT on the future.&gr8 to have a laff with Rob&Gilly after many years.Roger always entertains.well there's Djs an those who want an hr of stardom.see you all soon.
