And yes it's TRUE there is an EXTRA !!   TWISTED WHEEL CLUB ON SUNDAY 22nd December.

 AND THIS IS BY PUBLIC DEMAND.

AND WHAT A SESSION WE HAD LAST SUNDAY, OVER 350 HAPPY PEOPLE IN THAT UNIQUE 60s BASEMENT.

FOR ANOTHER FANTASTIC SUNDAY SOUL SESSION AT THE LEGENDARY TWISTED WHEEL.

BORN AND ESTABLISHED IN THE GREAT CITY OF MANCHESTER 56 YEARS AGO.

AND STILL GOING VERY STRONG TODAY!  AND YES AS PEOPLE LIKE TO POINT OUT, WE SADLY LOST 6. WHITWORTH ST. IN DECEMBER 2012!!  AND THE LEGENDARY WORLD FAMOUS TWISTED WHEEL CLUB BUILDING WAS DEMOLISHED TO MAKE WAY, FOR ANOTHER DAFT HOTEL?

BUT HAS IT MADE ANY DIFFERENCE?  NO,  HAS IT AFFECTED THE CLUBS POPULARITY AND ITS CONTINUOUS ATTENDANCE? ... NO.

IN FACT WE DO,  24 VERY WELL ATTENDED SUPERB SESSIONS A YEAR !!  

AND THATS WITHOUT THE EXTRA LIVE ARTISTS SESSIONS THAT WE HAVE DONE WITH

Three Twisted Wheel Sessions in December - What a fantastic lead up to Christmas and the New Year.

This club just can be beaten and as usual will be packed, so get there extra early to avoid the stampede.

And yes , Ginger Taylor will be joining me in the studio next week as my special guest on the twisted wheel radio show which goes out on Christmas Day and you can listen again any time that you wish. I do hope that Ginger brings A Big Box of DEMOS in with him !! And some mince pies.

I am off work now for two weeks and my Xmas starts on Sunday at the twisted wheel club.

And the girls and I can't wait. It's going to be a top one again.

Well the Big day is nearly here and what a day it's going to be, like MOD 66 SAYS the wheel can't be bettered, we have tried other places and in our opinion there is nowhere else to touch this place for atmosphere, music and all the friendly people that we have met in this great club.
