What will be the music policy for this? Who are the DJs?

Not trying to be a smart arse but the name of the promotors is the north west RARE soul all-nighters so I think it speak for itself but I'm sure there will be a happy balance to accommodate most tastes. Knowing the people behind the event I'm sure it will be a top line up of djs 👍

A very reasonable question to which I would also request a precise reply prior to travelling any distance.

(The only surprises I look forward to will have been on the day prior & if I can only contain myself, I would like to venture out............)

Watch this space I'm sure djs will be announced as soon as possible, new promotion taking over and date was booked already so haven't had long to get things fully sorted but knowing them it will be a great line up. Like I said mate wasn't being arsey just pointing out its says rare soul allnighter promoted by North west rare soul all-nighters. Line up does count but should be announced soon fingers crossed.

It's about time those reprobate DJ,s posted the whose who of the nighter. Or is it a new concept in promoting.  Guess the line up. 😎🤣🤣🤣

Was thinking seriously about making the journey up from Suffolk for this as the ideal Christmas antidote , but with no details yet regarding the line-up from the 'new promoters' with little over a week to go I cannot see it as a worthwhile trip ...

But not to worry as the long awaited and very well documented Springfield nighter is but a few weeks away  , so I shall do as I preach and stick to the tried and trusted events  ...

Thanks for your interest Steve - there has been little time between the Last NCS night and now; so 2 factors have influenced the ability to get things straightened out; firstly a will (quite rightly) to not detract from Chris and Marcelles last night and secondly pulling everything together to commit to run all-niters going forwards into 2020 and beyond (and all that means in terms of arrangements).

DJ line-up will be confirmed soon; I’m not sure I like the phrase ‘music policy’ but the vision is to try and get a good across the board mix to cater for all tastes (well maybe not all LOL) hence ‘Rare Soul’ rather than a focus on Northern Soul……..more to follow soon. It will be great to see you at Bury again if it works for you

You can guarantee it will be quality Soul music and yeah only right to respect the work of Chris and Marcelle. Looking forward to the night in eager anticipation, all will be revealed pretty soon!!

Hi Geoff, the music policy will basically be 60's and 70's, encompassing as much music from those eras as possible, with the accent on quality tunes on original vinyl.

Over the next few days if you check back you'll see posts from the DJ's of some of the music they will feature but you can also expect to hear underplayed oldies, rare 70's, quality R&B and everything in-between. The DJ's booked for Boxing Night and 2020 know the score, they all have strong, deep collections and know how to keep the floor moving.

I hope you'll join us on the 28th...

Sorry for the delay in announcing the DJ's I wanted to confirm everyone was available, don't like surprises myself, thanks for your patience..
