About The Event
Newtown soul club will be celebrating the life of the legendary northern soul dj Steve Whittle on the 20th of November. I don’t think that many people from our time on the soul scene would not know who this man is and what he has done for the scene. I have been asked to put this post on behalf of Newtown Soul Club. It will be free to enter and they would like it if you could wear something red in memory of Steve as he was a massive Manchester United fan. There will be a collection on the day so if you wish to make a donation it will go towards a wreath from all of you and anyone to do with the club. We hope to see you all there on the day.
Dj’s for the day will be Mark, Paul, Blunny and Neil along with guest Dj’s Andy McCabe and Burt Harrison.
