Just thought I'd say that I really enjoyed the lovely Jo's interview an choice of songs - however as I didn't get a mention and Taffy did I can no longer entertain the idea of having her DJing at the Plinston :-) So, looks like Ms Wallace it's having to wait until The Rocket re-opens for you....Neen Nee, Neee, Naaah Nahhh!!!!!

Strange enough, but amongst all the pop stuff being played by the pre-match DJ at the old Baseball Ground, back in the early to mid-70s, Johnny Moore's 'Walk like a man' used to get a fairly regular airing.

Although Northern was beginning to x-over into the charts at that time, it was an odd record to play pre-match in that I can never recall it being a massive record at the time??

top record though - and likewise the Blue Rock 'Lonely hearts' choon as well!!

Can do no wrong Mr Moore for me
