Looking For Simmo From Notts

Did anyone see Simmo at Whitby? Can anyone remember him from the casino days 1975-1981? He is from Notts and always spinning His name is Mark Simmonds

He's still knocking about a bit, he turns up at quite a few of the oldies venues around Mansfield such as Kingsway Hall etc.

First came across him around 76 when the Technical College in Mansfield had occasional do's on where all the local youth club goers would gather for a shindig. They always had a dancing competition and I can remember Simmo winning it one time. He became a bit of a celebrity and a magnet for the girls with him being from out of town which at that age was unusual as you can imagine.
