Unfortunately Roger couldn't make it so Little Reg kindly stepped in to join Ginger Dave and I. As you'd expect from the literary genius, he played a stonking quality set of across the board soul. Paul and Mischief combined to double deck their way through 2 hours of fantastic tunes getting the dancefloor moving. Ginger Dave had the unenviable task of following these two turntablists, and as per, he kept the floor moving with his usual blend of classics, Rn B and smooth soul. I took on the run down to midnite and in response to demand even managed to squeeze an extra 3 after midnite ( sounds kinda familiar). 3 gigs in and we've got regulars, so many thanks to the faithful and a big welcome to all the first timers. Next up 20 Nov, when the Boogaloo crew will be our guests, making the journey north from Greenwich.
