Larger Label Rarity?

Just something i've been pondering on

I've been after Danny Owens - You're A Little Too Late for awhile now and it got me thinking just how rare is it?

You would think by the fact it was released by Imperial Records that it wouldn't be rare at all...surely it must have had a good amount made at the time...after all it's Imperial...not some backwater label throwing out a couple of hundred?

Can anyone shed any light on this?

And are there any other examples of bigger label rarity?

Just interested on how these become rare in the first place?

Cheers

Theres's loads - If you think of all the rare stuff on national labels like RCA / MGM / Columbia etc, the list could be a very big one.

As to why they're rare, each has it's own story.
