Anyone help me out here, I have a copy of FRANCES FAYE - COMIN HOME BABY - AUDIO FIDELITY DEMO on my list this week, it's a fantastic version and I think it's rare so I was thinking maybe 75 quid or a bit more, does anyone know for sure what it should be listed at, I have been offered 75 so maybe I'm not too far out there (it's on the podcast I put up last night by the way)

I bought that actual one, on spec!

Sold it for considerably more yesterday after taking Mr. Mace's advice and going by the amount of people who wanted it I think the price I sold it for was right.
