Guest
Ralph Tee and I did alternate sets- Ralph was playing lots of great new stuff including the new Brigette 7" which is a monster and a track with Gavin Christopher on vocals which is going to be HUGE! Anyway this is what I played pretty much in order. Looking at it now there are records I wanted to play but didn't fit in. The weather was crap again - cold and rain all day and it effects the attendance because the venue is in a park and partly outside. Potentially it has space for 1500 with outside but when everyones inside in the bar area as on Saturday it fills up quite quickly so there was a crowd of about 150 who are up and dancing and don't stop until the music does. Great crowd. We carried on until about 5.30 am I think. First Set ONCE I'VE BEEN THERE- NORMAN CONNERS VOC. Guest
Simon, totally enjoyed both yours and Ralphs sets. Shame the weather restricted the numbers, but for me and the missus it didnt stop us having a top night. The Austrian beer kind of "clouded" the issue near the end, but i think we departed just after 5, and we only just managed to to get to the airport later on the Sunday to catch the flight home.
