Hi again everyone.

Told you we were planning some changes for this venue as we go into our 2nd year. Now pleased to say that we are now on the FIRST FRIDAY of every month. Same great quality sounds played over the decks, run by the same friendly people, same top class guest DJs, same great venue. The only thing that's changed is the night.. 

Friday 6th August. Guest: Sheffield's very own (and another great veteran and one of the good guys of the scene) DANNY SPEDDINGS!

Should be a good weekend kicking off here tonight, followed by the big match tomorrow Leeds and Derby. I'm really looking forward to the Quantum Of Soul, listening and dancing to something different as well as the classics. See you all there!

Yeah, that's right. There's some great -and soulful- stuff happening over the weekend (and yes-including the start of the npower Championship lol) starting off with tonight at Oxcroft!  This is our first night on the first Friday of the month and musically it's gonna be another cracker. And remember, we value your opinions highly, The first Friday of the month isn't necessarily set in stone. Having a generous, kind and understanding management at Oxcroft (plus the fact that the venue is almost on our doorstep  ) means we can be flexible and are able to fit this night around our other interests. So Oxcroft (on whatever night it is in the future ) will be around for as long as we want it to be.
