DENEICE CHANDLER & LEE SAIN - HEY BABY - TODDLIN TOWN - EX 15 Great crossover soul on this famed Chicago label. JERRY BUTLER - GIVING UP ON LOVE - VEE-JAY - EX - £20 The epitome of a beat ballad , one of my favourite singers of all-time. Someone has written 44 on the label. (one out I suppose !!!) VERNON STEVE WEAKLEY - IS IT LOVE OR LUST ? - VSW - VG+ - £15 Leftfield crossover that works. Great record. Bit of noise on the quiet bit at the start. Nothing major. SAM DEES - COME BACK STRONG - ATLANTIC - VG++ £15 Sam the man , from his famed "Show Must Go On" lp , this is an uplifting soulful spin. SPENCER WIGGINS - I CAN'T BE SATISFIED - MGM SOUNDS OF MEMPHIS - VG+ £15 SOLD Deep soul perfection from one of the best in the business. Sadly, some berk has sprayed 45 on the vinyl of the flip side. FRANKIE KARL & THE DREAMS - DON'T BE AFRAID / I'M SO GLAD - DC - EX £15 Great group harmony on both sides. BOBBY THOMAS - ROAD IS ROUGH - BOBLO DJ - EX - £30 SOLD Outstanding mid 70's dramatic deep soul.Rare label. Highly recommended. BETTY WRIGHT - TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT - RCA - EX - £10 Buy it just to wipe away the memory of that awful dj Genesis thing. !!!! TONY BORDERS - YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT - SOUTH CAMP DEMO - vg++ £15 SOLD Mighty fine deep soul and nice demo too.
