Lyric Theatre Dinnington 12/02/11

Recommended Posts

On a night when you were spoilt for choice for which venue to attend both localy and further afield. many people chose the Lyric, they were'nt disapointed and almost packed the place out, while many other venues are lacking in some respects, The lyric has it all, great sound system, great dance floor, reasonable bar prices and all in the stunning setting of this old theatre.

I was very fortunate to be asked back to spin a few records (always a pleasure) and was rewarded with a full dance floor for the biggest part of the evening.

I for one thoroughly enjoyed myself as did everyone else I spoke to. There were even people who had traveled from Kings Lynn to sample the delights of the Lyric :hatsoff2: Good news travels far.

For the Anorak wearers and list enthusiasts. Here's what I played....As promised Ash

Although not regulars at the Lyric, we always enjoy our visits as we did on Saturday night and proud to support a Help the Heroes event.

Looking forward to playing on the Lyric stage in March, hope I fill the floor as well as Soul Steve did.
