Wiganer1 Posted February 26, 2011 Author Share Posted February 26, 2011 yes 5 years on ..gonna dig deep and bring back more forgotten oldies from the past.... had some great guests whove put us on the map from mick h and brian rae in the first year to ted massey and other fab guests from all over country as well gr8 local djs with gr8 collections who dont get a chance on the big circuit.. we'll be keep on socking it to the dancers ,, oldies from all eras uptempo 60s and 70s ,,,, ill be around with advanced tickets over the next few weeks as im sure this will be a packeroonie allniter as nf porter sung last june - keep on keeping on!! Wiganer1 Posted March 13, 2011 Author Share Posted March 13, 2011 yes susie.cant belive its been 5 years since we started at the coop.....even the first year never had a duff nite..... had some great guests,,,mick h,,ted massey,,,with some great ones to come as well remenber its £7 for advanced tickets or admission before 10pm...........and we run until 6am!!!!!!!!!!! gonna be close to a lockout i think first time at the co-op for Sammy Dee and personally cant wait for the night........................ I think Mark deserves a huge pat on the back for sticking by his music principles and putting his money where his mouth is to keep this event going. 5 years? Roll on the next 10! Great venue, Perfect dancefloor, Fantastic Atmosphere, Friendly crowd and staff, cheap Beer and most of all great music!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Link to comment
