Superb Venue, with dancefloor in an outstanding setting, If you've not been before and fancy a run out into leafy cheshire, you couldnt pick a more scenic venue to visit. Musically Genuine soul always attempts to play truely across the board with a vast variety from the northern spectrum, from upfront 6ts sounds to club classics. Typically early doors, till 8, is all about the underplayed and lesser know and later as the dancers limber up the classics enter the fore. With residents, Geese, Jez and soul stu + freinds of genuine soul and other guests TBC. Link to comment

Jez Jones Posted April 26, 2011 Share Posted April 26, 2011 Ahhh a MayDay Soul session to do---looking forward to a another of the Pavillion sessions---hope the weather keeps up so we can get the most out of this great riverside venue (if Tony Evans is reading this bring ya c/u and ya fishing rod lol ) As is becoming the norm here whilst the official ko time is 6--we start at 4 for the 'cappuchino set' where we like to play something to talk about over coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. We really appreciate the support we get from both the locals and those that come from further afield The Bank Holiday sessions have a tendency to move towards some' storming norvern' for the last few hours and whilst 12 midnight is officially the end---if the folks are in and up for it--well onwards and upwards as they say Link to comment
