Bitchdj
I sold Lefty Wright for £80 recently , & listed Yvonne Vernee W/D @ £80 , Diane Jenkins Demo @ £40 ( neither sold ) , all pretty much M- & Yes , i'm pretty certain the Jobell Orch. has been booted on that format. Great, thats a real help because Lefty Wright is listed at £250 in the last price guide, what a difference. I thought maybe £75 for the Yvonne Vernee and same as you with Diane Jenkins although the B side is scratched so it'd be £25 - £30. Link to comment Social source share

That's why it sold @ £80 then , it's always been a pretty rare "45" imho , but tough to sell ( i personally like it , but it's not to everyones taste - bit like Johnny Daye on the same label ) . My "spare copy" had been hanging around for ages marked @ £125 , with no takers , & i thought when i reduced it that it'd fly out at its new price . Chalky
The kenny Gamble the last one I saw was £150 but it could have been issue, not sure if there is a difference either way as it is obscure. Used to play this one out in late 80's early 90's. I sold it for £75 years ago. Not sure of a current price to be honest as not really seen that many or been looking/taking much notice. It's more like a popcorn record Chalky, don't you think? It's great. Was thinking a bit higher price like 100-125 for this one. Glad for the input though. Garethx
Sammy King is usually pretty expensive these days. Last one on popsike was 455 USD and that was over four years ago. Great early New Orleans soul. Link to comment Social source share

Think Willie Tee is worth that, can't stand the Jimmy Ricks myself. Link to comment Social source share
Garethx
Yeah I saw that Gareth, but that was all I had to go on so thought I'd best ask. Thats about £300 I reckon? 300 quid for a mint-ish copy I think sounds about right. The other side is possibly more 'Northern' sounding now. Jimmy Ricks is quite tough on an issue in that format too. Don't know if people would be prepared to pay extra for that though. Link to comment Social source share
Guest Brian Ellis
Gloria Scott Australian 7" was around £200 when it was regularly filling dancefloors. Has never shown up in quantity, and while it's not featuring as often on DJ playlists, I would have thought it's scarcity would keep it at £200 as a minimum. Prophonics 2029
Sure I saw a Pat Brown go for about £135 on ebay a few weeks ago but know people who have pay £200 for a M copy, most I have seen are pressed off centre. Jimmy Ricks £175 - £250 good and bad days. Link to comment Social source share

I think I'm going to do these alphabetically though so that will probably be on next weeks list, not this weeks. IF I actually do a list of course... jocko
I think for the Gloria Scott sell it on E-Bay, its the Ruby Andrews of the 70's world, and it ends most big nights with a big sing along, also massive in Europe still so I think you would get much more elsewhere, unless they are sensible enough not to worry about LP or 7".......
