This Friday NiteShift returns to the intimate surroundings of The Rossetti hotel Manchester (www.aliashotels.com) We are pleased as punch to have booked Gareth James and Paul Aaaron (Dj and live percussion, bass set) and have our usual quality live music.

Gareth has quickly developed a reputation as a must see Dj with sets at the legendary Angel Deelite and his own night All Back to Ours. All back to Ours has been running 2 years (this is testament of how good this is as it is held at a Bar) they have booked guests such as The Audiowhores, Groove Assassin, Dj Fudge and Andy Benge. As a result of the success of All Back to Ours it has seen Gareth gaining bookings at such clubs as Angel Deelite. Gareth will be sure to rock the Basement to its foundations

Paul Aaaron

Some know Paul from Lineage Recordings, others from his DJing on

Radio, internet & Pirate radio stations in London & other parts of the UK. Some will have read his work in music magazines such as Music Week and Grind Mode Hip Hop Mag USA, Some will have heard him on radio on the BBC, Scratch N Spin Radio, House FM & the Hip

Hop & Soul Show "TOC" on air in L.A., USA, which Paul took over as featured DJ from none other than KRS 1.

Others will know him from his musician work in his own Funk Bands or

playing with Jazz & Reggae Legends such as members of Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers and Trojan Records artists such as Bim Sherman and Jah Shaka.

Some will know him as an agent and manager at Lineage Recordings representing Leah McCrae (daughter of Gwen McCrae and Gearoge McCrae) and other New USA soul artists such as Havana + Brokenbeat artists like Opolopo. Paul Also manages some 30+ International dance Music DJs on Scratch N Spin Radio.

Regarding Dance music Paul has been active in House & DnB music from these musics' beginning, championing new music and artists and continuing his support of older artists also.

Groove Lineage Show guestlist featutres some of the best and most legendary artists from the music worlds of Funk, Latin, Jazz and House.

Future gigs lined up for Paul include gigging with Phil Asher (Restless Soul / Soul Heaven) and Bugz In the Attic + Paul's own club night in London and a Groove Lineage Radio international tour.
