Nites That Are Not Just Oldies Nites In The North West

Recommended Posts

I'm interested in the north west / midlands events before anyone mentions the 100 club,

Apart from lifeline, which I will make a visit to .

Grumpy Soul I am pissed off with cause I missed it due to work and its only down the road

Any other nights that are regular in the north west ?

I don't want to hear people playing bootlegs of oldies, (My sister can do that )

I would like to hear about the nights playing inspiring originals, good oldies mixed with obscure and interesting 45s like it was in the 80s 90s !

Any advice cause i have a few (3) weeks out this summer .

if you can't sort it

No problem.....................back to Ibiza

As usual !

You'd scare me kids to death if you stayed at ours.....anyway, come to the niter then you won't need a bed.

I knew it was you cus of a few things you posted under your new ID...

First, was the comment you recently posted on having the Carl Underwood 45 many moons ago when Roger still had it covered....kinnell, you've been dining out on that story for the last 20 years or so

Secondly, you started the Gold Fania thread and mentioned that you passed on that Ray Barretto 45 to Carl and had never seen one since.

Thirdly, I'm sure you used the same avatar under your old ID.

Lastly, and most importantly, we all post plenty of shite on here....you have a certain way of 'delivering' yours...almost like a fingerprint

So when are we gonna see you out and about me 'owd mucka......Hideaway Saturday, then onto Radcliffe?

Go on, you know you want to, and you can always rewind the bluey and microwave the horlicks when you get home.

Keep well pal,

Regards

Mace
