This is a one sided record, blank flipside. Is it a DJ copy? What is the value of this please?

I've never seen that jimmy soul clark with a blank flip. Not sure if that adds value or takes it away (since it's missing a side, but not a good side). It's also much rarer and better than his other teek 45. I would pay my friend $50-$75 on it if it's clean.

I've got that JSC with the blank b-side, which has a scepter label stuck on reversed-Dionne Warwick from memory, I'd agree with Bob on price.

The Bill Medley can't be more than 5-10 I'd thought.
