My copy is the Waylo- 3018 one , also it was released with the number 102. Is this an different/early version or something like that? There are at least two mixes, this is the one played as a new release back in the day. When they put it out on british it was a different mix. Uppss...sorry , I've seen that the first album of Billy Always on Waylo is a 1982 release and I've assumed that the singles are from the same period.
