Guest trickbag
Crossover Soul * FRANKIE BEVERLY * While I'm Alone Crossover Soul * FRANKIE BEVERLY * While I'm Alone The first version on GREGAR * Listen to it! FRANKIE BEVERLY'S RAW SOUL: While I'm Alone / Tomorrow May Not Be Your Day GREGAR, VG, has one bigger scratch, but soundquality is excellent! The long distance-relationship-gem - re-recorded by Frankie Beverly with Maze on Capitol record in the mid-70's. This is the much rarer first release with a folk touch and some psychedelic guitar work. Comped by Godmine for their mellow groove LP bit of info here might help you.. ricky. boba
Yellow copies are legit, they are promos. Some gregar titles had one-sided promos but a lot had two sided promos. Link to comment Social source share
boba
Also, I think the maze version of the track (which is maybe better, but less folksy) isn't a complete rerecording, I think he reused some of the tracks and added new tracks. Link to comment Social source share
