Well, I had one hell of a find at a church christmas fete this weekend, over a grands worth of records for £4!! Couple of LPs and some singles... admittedly they're a bit worse for wear, few crackles and pops, and on first plays a couple of them jump, but we'll see what a good clean does eh? I'll be posting a few of them over the next few days, but here's the first of them

1ST DEC SO WHY NOT

Do you really need me to tell you why not? Come on lads, why hasn't someone pointed out the error of his ways here? :g:

Please try to read previous posts so you learn the rules of posting.... A small POST WITH THE ARTIST AND TITLE followed by a second post with the video clip SOME PEOPLE CANT SEE THE VIDEOS AT WORK OR ON THEIR PHONE!

It had all been going so well too! (well, for about a day....)

I seem to be mentioning this on every single page now, it's not hard to check a page or twos postings, or even read the start of a thread to see what to do, I'm turning into a right bah humbug over this I know, and even though it's xmas, I still like to see what's been posted (and I'm not alone, I just have the biggest gob!), come on people... please? pretty please.....

:D:thumbsup:

It's no good, I gotta break the rules and post twice, just because I'm still excited about my find at the weekend. Been after this for ages, but could never afford it - I promise I'll be good and post the other finds up over the next couple of days, but a second one from me today, and I don't care if it has been played out a lot over the last couple of years, it's still great!

Dave

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!!!! I love this must admit bought it for this side although it was t'other side that originally got the plays (not that keen on it personally) but this side just blows me away every time I hear it.I'm so glad it's getting the plays it deserves, heard a few "other" versions but they aren't a patch on this.

Always think it should be played next to Margie Joseph-I Can't Move No Moutain, another tune equally as good Jackie M

Cheers

Martyn

PS Think you can tell I like it :D
