Something a bit different so gonna give this a spin - from a sublime album in my honest opinion. Hard to pick a track out as I'm not sure there's a bad one one the album. So from R Kelly's Chocolate Factory - Step In The Name of Love.

Love this album.

Peter

One from me today that I might have posted before but think it's good enough to hear again if I have?

It's still filling the floors after been around for a few years now.Still not silly money to say it's been a bit of a biggie recently.

The Superiors - I’d Rather Die Sue

Great choice Kegsy

Give us all an equal chance

it could be such sweet romance

and the soldiers who are dead and gone

if only we could bring back one

is my guess but the guy is a Genius so could be most of his songs,to write Gypsy Women at 14 says it all

one of my faves is educated fools from uneducated schools

:hatsoff2: HI ALL Tears ago now in my teenage years, living in LETCHWORTH, as I did, meant you had to leave the town to get any entertainment (quaker council),

On a Thursday night, we would go on to the RAF HENLOW CAMP, It had a club called the BONANZA, IT WAS A ROUGH PLACE, but the music policy was good, as the USAF CHICKSANDS BASE was close by, my pick for today is a record that i heard 1st at that club 71.

The CHICARGO GARAGE BAND:- The FLOCK - "TAKE ME BACK" - DESTINATION RECORDS TM-2162, STOMPER 5***** VALUE ??

However it was on a John Manship auction 3 months ago, I was informed that records like this did not belong on the SOUL SCENE? :g:

Another from the weekends 'jumble' purchases, and one of a few that were on Chess/Cadet. Only a real cheapy, but it does remind me of The Black Horse, The Connaught etc in Wolverhampton back in the 80s,

Little Milton - Sometimey

A nice 70's record from me today. Probably one of only a couple of my postings which aren't cheap.

I love this mid temp groove - beautiful lyrics and the wonderful vocals of Bobby Hutton. I have the black stock not the demo in the clip.

Loving You, Needing You - Bobby Hutton
