Weekend - cure for monday blues

Recommended Posts

in a effort to get rid of monday blues after dragging out of you some uplifting weekend reports

Both offline and online had reports that Wilton was a cracking niter "magic" being a simple description off it

Wolverhampton - reports it was a "storming" night - with over 600 thru the doors and a great live performance by the Flirtations

Usual badly written account of own weekend adventures at Broughton is up in articles section

Very good reports on Bidds at Stoke

Fair few events in event guide and flyer section - Va Va Voom - as good as the line up read ? and did va va voom by Chris Towns get played? :) Dublin - Sleepless nights, Bury Town Hall, Stafford and fair few more

as always feel free to pass on to rest of world how it was for you:)

Wilton was great Mike, large turnout and soem top quality sets especially John Philips and Dean Anderson. The music policy was losing it's way up there at one time IMO but last Friday put it right back up there as one of the top all-nighters around.

A late addition to the calendar was Sheridans. Andfy Dyson, Mick H etc spinning some class chewns. Even spun a few myself in the bar side ;-) Might remember what they were later. Killer did a set in there too, Andy went behind the decks to talk to him and while there turned the deck speed up to plus 10 ;-) He went through his hour set in about 20 minutes ;-) Killed us laughing :-)))) Can you imagine Mr Soul What Happened to Yesterday at twice the speed :-))) Even funnier he couldn't work out what it was and thought it was the gear :-)
