I was once invited to a wedding at Bretby Country club near Derby, strangely enough, there was an allnighter that night after the wedding had finished, so I hid under a table until i heard the soul stuff start playing.

How's things Brett did you have a good weekend ?

funny enough was having triv session with howard last nite and said how this sorta thing keeps me amused and outta harms way

so no apoligies if some re-visted or too trivia

or if more rumour than trivia

Frank Beverly's uncle was in the legendary world famous EL Corols of Chick Chick fame - often push this out in vain hope of more info on these legends

Ian Levine never dj'd in wales huh.gif

In Coronation Street in 70s Mavis was sorting record rack in cabin and a in demand lp could be spotted (memory, triv or legend)

Stock Atiken Waterman refused to let Kylie m record Time Will Pass You by so wasnt till she had new team with M people connection that recorded it - this come up last nite for some reason !!!- and if like road crashes theres a house mix on web somewhere -use google

Theres a warehouse in Munich on a US army base which contains all the 45s/78s the rather large AFN (US Army Radio ) station has ever recieved since ww2 (triv or rumour? :P

the best selling northern connected 45 ever was actually Issac Hayes - Disco Connection - which while was never highest placed as others the amount of weeks spent on chart made it earn that title ( from a mucker no attempt to check or verify what so ever and as can think of a few others that may have sold more -reckon maybe dodgy - anyone prove it right/wrong) :P

had recent word that there's a fairly well known Cilla Black 45 with a flip thats supposed to be worth a listen,

if buy David McCallums lp for great instru of Uptight (earl wright orch )- You also get 12 cigarette cards featuring the coolest man from uncle

Mick,

I haven't seen a photo of 'Bob Paladino' but its due shortly. In terms of 'mate in Belgium', are we talking that great 'act detective' and mutual friend Chris Lalor?
