Hey there de-to The movies that you are quoting (apart from OUT OF SIGHT) are contemporary films set in an earlier time period and are using previously released music to add authenticity to the film. Pretty sure I heard this played at Keele - probably on the back of the inferior Brothers Cain version that was covered up as Moses and Joshua, I think.
