Jordirip
Hi, welcome to the 11th Anniversary Show of the Sitting in the Park show. Every year on my anniversary I go back and play my favorite records that I played in the previous year. I also was able to do a two hour set because of the generosity of the previous and following DJs who let me cut into their shows. I also uploaded the show in stereo so the file will be larger than usual. You can check it out at: https://www.sittinginthepark.com/4-21-2013.mp3? You can listen to other shows and interviews with Chicago groups by going to my main page www.sittinginthepark.com Also, if someone you know wants to subscribe to this email list, they can add themselves at the following URL: https://eepurl.com/n7Qr5 Playlist follows and I hope you enjoy the show. Kev Cane
Been on nightshift last 2 nights, so just got round to listening to this fantastic show while browsing on here, talking to Jim Ohara, and we agreed , if you want to listen to the real stuff theres a well that you can pull from that will never dry, and this guy proves the point, week after week after week he puts on a show that just makes compiling a wants list ridiculous, such is the volume of incredible soul music he has churned out for us to listen to, great record to round off with, Joe Brown, just like to say, there's another great version of "What am I waiting for" by the Ojay's on the "Survival" set. Great stuff Boba, and thanks for sharing it Kev Edited April 24, 2013 by kev cane 2 Link to comment Social source share

Turns out it's the flip of "got to give the people" so I had never flipped it over! thanks a lot. 1 Link to comment Social source share
