This is The Pioneers in disguise doing a new vocal over the Wet Dream backing track.  Small tear on label and the slightest of storage warps but it's a rare 45 and the vinyl is in beautiful condition, I sold a VG+ one of these for £75 last month

An immaculate copy of this instrumental classic, if you're not sure which oen it is, think "Ring Of Fire" by Johnny Cash.  Nice version of "Vacation" by The Mellodites on the B side.
